Is my account active?

You should have received an email from your assigned account manager with a welcome message within 10 minutes of signing up.  If not, you may be in queue to have your account set up, please allow up to 24 hours for an initial response from your account manager. If you have not heard from your account manager within that timeframe, please email support@socialsensei.co and we will prioritize setting up your account.

Within 48 hours of your account being setup your account manager will pair you with a promotional campaign and email you the details of when and how long your campaign will run.  You can expect massive amounts of new followers to your account during this time.

Remember that we guarantee all of our results so if you don't see the promised minimum followers gained we will continue working for you until you do.
