Is my account active?

You should have received an email from your assigned account manager with further instructions on setting up your account. If not, you may be in queue to have your account set up, please allow up to 24 hours for an initial response from your account manager. If you have not heard from your account manager within that timeframe, please email support@socialsensei.co and we will prioritize your account.

Your account manager is working towards setting up your account now and once complete will e-mail you to let you know that your account is activated.

Once activated you should start seeing growth immediately.

Additional Notes:

In some cases you will be required to provide a 6 digit security code to connect your account to Social Sensei.  If this is necessary for your account your dedicated account manager will e-mail you requesting that you provide this 6 digit security code.  You can either e-mail the security code to support@socialsensei.co or you can log into your Social Sensei account and input the security code under your "Instagram Account" settings page.

If it has been longer than 48 hours from when you signed up please contact support@socialsensei.co to ensure your account has been setup properly and no additional steps are necessary.
