How do I cancel my account?

You can easily cancel your account by logging into your Social Sensei account and going to your plans.  Then click "View" on the plan that you want to cancel.

Once you are viewing your plan scroll down to "Subscription Details".  Under the Actions tab you can press the "Cancel" button to cancel your subscription.

When you return to your subscriptions page you will see that your account is "Pending Cancellation".  This means your account is in queue to be removed from our system and once your next billing cycle starts it will be "Cancelled".

However, before you cancel your subscription we recommend that you email your account manager at or give us at call at 1-888-444-9144 to ensure that your account is properly functioning.  Our team of social media gurus can help optimize your account to ensure you are growing as intended.
