What’s your refund policy?

Refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before a promotion runs, but once a promotion is running we do not offer refunds as the service is guaranteed you will never need to ask for a refund as our results are guaranteed.  All of our plans are offered at flexible month-to-month service so there is no cost to cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your subscription at anytime.  You can easily adjust your plan from your dashboard or reach out to your account manager and they can make the change for you.
